The Brazos River Authority lakes offer amenities that will please each member of your family and are just a short drive. Whether your family enjoys fishing, camping, boating, swimming or just spending a relaxing weekend in a beautiful locale, there is at least one BRA lake nearby that is the perfect place to spend your time without spending much money.

Spend the day or a few days at one of BRA’s free public access areas. Most of these BRA maintained areas have camping and picnic areas, restrooms, waste containers, security lighting and parking. Some areas have additional facilities such as grills, boat launches, courtesy docks and a fishing pier for you to enjoy.
