July Board of Directors Quarterly Board Meeting to be held virtually
The Brazos River Authority’s regular quarterly Board of Directors meeting will be held at 9 a.m. Monday, July 27, 2020.
The Board meetings have always been streamed live on the BRA YouTube channel, but in light of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the Board will telecast versus meeting in person. As part of their regular July quarterly meeting, the Board will consider approval of the 2020 fiscal year operations budget during its meeting.
The Board meets quarterly on the last Monday of January, April, July and October. Members of the public are welcome to attend all BRA Board meetings. Public attendance for this meeting, of course, will be done virtually.
The meeting will be streamed live on the BRA’s YouTube channel. You may access the live stream by clicking here or by clicking the link from the BRA website home page on the day of the meeting.
Public comment is heard at the beginning of each meeting.
For those that would like to address the Board, public comment will look a little different for this meeting. To make a public comment, please register in advance of the meeting by sending an email to information@brazos.org no later than 8 a.m. the day of the meeting: Monday, July 27, 2020. Emails must include the subject “Board Meeting Public Comment” in the email subject line.
A meeting agenda posting will be available no later than close of business Thursday, July 24, here. The agenda will also include a link to the meeting livestream along with links to each topic’s PowerPoint presentation.

If addressing the Board during the public comment section of the meeting, your name will be called during the appropriate public comment period.
